Crock Smothered Steaks
Serves 4
4 petite sirloin steaks
2 large onions, sliced
2 large green bell peppers, seeded, deribbed and sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 medium stalks celery, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 cup water
Place steaks in a slow cooker; top with remaining ingredients. Cover
and cook on low heat setting for 4 to 6 hours, or until steaks are
cooked to desired level of doneness.
